Small group fitness training using weights and equipment. Structured fitness workouts, varying each week.
Monday, 6- 6:45 pm $10 per class (College students receive a special monthly rate)
*MUSCLE CONFUSION
Total body toning with a twist of cardio workout. Interval training designed for strength & cardiovascular training. This class is designed with low impact moves and uses dumbbells.
Wednesday, 6- 7:00 pm $10 per class (College students receive a special monthly rate)
*STRENGTH & BALANCE Silver Sneakers Strength and Balance is a low-impact class designed to help you improve flexibility and balance while increasing muscular endurance. Strength exercises may include lifting hand-held weights, stretching resistive tubing and using your own body’s resistance while also using your core muscles to improve balance and stability.
